Our services include facilitating the purchase and shipping of products from the United States to Uvita, Costa Rica, as well as the sale of products available in our local inventory.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Services Description

Pick it Up offers the following services:

  • International Shipping Service: We receive packages purchased by customers from US retailers and facilitate their delivery to Uvita, Costa Rica.
  • Local Product Sales: We maintain an inventory of technology products, accessories, and essential items available for immediate purchase.
  • Consultation and Support: We provide guidance and support via WhatsApp and email to assist customers with their purchases.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or email. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or Costa Rican Colones (CRC) as indicated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated separately and will be communicated before order confirmation.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full before we process your order. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon during the order process. All transactions are final unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 International Shipping

For products shipped from the USA, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and customs processing. We provide estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Local Delivery

Products available in our local inventory may be available for pickup or local delivery within Uvita, Costa Rica. Delivery options and fees will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5.3 Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Costa Rican customs authorities. We will provide assistance and information, but final responsibility lies with the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our international shipping service, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss any issues with your order.

For local inventory items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in original condition, subject to our discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Ensure that products purchased comply with Costa Rican import regulations
  • Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and duties in a timely manner
  • Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours

To the maximum extent permitted by Costa Rican law, Pick it Up and Hermosa Software Company S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased through our service.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hermosa Software Company S.A. or its content suppliers and is protected by Costa Rican and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

11. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited and cannot be shipped through our service:
